2. Download, complete and submit the Team List Nomination Form:
This form is due 3rd April 2022 – 5:00pm.
3. The Competitions team will be in contact the nominated Team/Club contact regarding team nominations.
All forms must be submitted to competitions@blacktownbasketball.com, before the due date/time.
